FizzUp Ideas — Voting and Recognition Rules

← All documents

Version 3.1 · Effective 15 October 2026

1. Votes and eligibility

Votes indicate community interest and may influence the founder's prioritisation; they do not constitute purchase, payment, ownership or entitlement to delivery. A verified Member aged 18+ may give one revocable support vote per idea, except to their own submission. The public sees vote totals, not voter identities. We may remove votes generated by inauthentic activity after proportionate review. Contested decisions can be appealed at support@fizzup.ai.

2. Review thresholds

At 25 valid support votes, FizzUp reviews the idea and publishes a substantive response in the idea timeline. At 100 valid votes, the founder provides a response. We may review important security or quality issues earlier regardless of popularity. Reviews can result in Planned, Exploring, Not Now or Declined; no threshold is an automatic release commitment.

3. Co-creator title and ideas in action

A Contributor whose idea or accepted extension reaches Planned may receive the honorary Co-creator recognition. The idea timeline records visible change and, if shipped, an "Ideas in Action / You Asked. We Built." entry. Public display of a real name, identifiable likeness or promotional interview requires a separate voluntary choice; nicknames can be used instead. Recognition does not create an employment or business relationship, equity, copyright in FizzUp code or guaranteed payment.

4. No active reward currency or prizes

No minute-for-vote, minute-for-comment, minute-for-idea or prize challenge operates under these Rules on 15 October 2026. There is no points balance, in-App virtual currency or earned reward entitlement under the Programme. If FizzUp launches an optional minute promotion or juried challenge in the future, it will first publish a self-contained, lawful supplement stating values, eligibility, dates, expiry, moderation, tax handling and relevant store-compliance arrangements. Existing votes will not automatically earn retrospective minutes.

5. Abuse and complaints

Fraud, multiple accounts, fabricated identities, threats or bribery for votes are prohibited. We may suspend vote counting during investigation, and we explain consequential removals. Complaints are sent to support@fizzup.ai and ordinarily answered within 14 days, without reducing statutory rights. Applicable terms and consumer protections are in the Programme Terms.
