Version 3.1 · Effective 15 October 2026 · No challenge is currently open
1. Current status
As of 15 October 2026, FizzUp Ideas is an open suggestions community; no prize challenge is open. These rules describe the mandatory framework that applies when a separately announced challenge opens. They do not themselves solicit contest entries or promise awards.
2. Future challenge announcement
Before accepting challenge entries, DB 77 CUW Sp. z o.o. will publish a dated challenge announcement on https://fizzup.ai/ideas identifying: its theme, precise start and end in Central European time, eligible countries and ages, the number and nature of prizes (if any), objective judging criteria, jury, whether votes shortlist finalists, any country-specific tax and compliance conditions, and a direct link to the terms in the applicable registration language. Such announcement will be published at least 14 calendar days before submissions open. If those details are absent, there is no active prize challenge.
3. Eligibility and fairness
Participation is limited to Members aged 18 or older. Employees, the founder, members of the immediate household of the jury, and persons involved in administering the challenge may contribute ideas but are ineligible for challenge prizes. A person may submit original content that they are authorised to license. Artificially multiplied accounts or bought votes may be discounted or disqualified after a documented human review and opportunity to challenge the decision.
4. Two-step selection
When a future challenge states that public voting is used, eligible votes will produce a shortlist of five entries. Only votes cast by verified accounts created before the announced voting start count toward the shortlist. A human jury then selects up to three winning entries on four equally weighted criteria, each 25%: educational benefit, clarity of user problem, practical feasibility, and originality or meaningful improvement. The jury may award fewer than three places or no place where quality is inadequate, and publishes its decision rationale. Any AI assessment is advisory only and is disclosed as such.
5. Prizes and recognition
No conversation minutes, money or goods are offered under these framework rules. If a future announcement offers free App minutes, that announcement must identify exact quantities, how access is provided, limits, expiry and relevant tax handling, with store-policy compliant implementation. No prize is transferable, refundable for cash or implicitly convertible into a paid virtual currency unless a separately lawful mechanism expressly permits it.
6. Complaints, changes and contact
Challenge complaints can be sent to support@fizzup.ai within 14 days of announced results; FizzUp ordinarily answers within 14 days. This time frame does not limit statutory rights. Material changes after opening will not disadvantage participants; only necessary fair-play or safety interventions may pause or cancel a challenge, with reasons and fair handling of existing entries. The general Programme Terms, Idea Licence, Community Guidelines and Privacy Notice apply.
