- Up to 4 profiles share one Family plan. Each profile is a separate learner with their own coach, level and saved phrases — they just share one minute pool and one bill.
- How are the AI speaking minutes shared?
- Family includes 1,000 AI speaking minutes a month, pooled across all profiles. Whoever practises spends from the shared pool, and it refills each billing month. Need more? Anyone can top up with a minute pack.
- Can each family member choose their own coach?
- Yes. Every profile picks its own coach and works at its own level — a student prepping for an exam and a parent prepping for work meetings get completely separate coaching.
- Is everyone's progress separate?
- Completely. Each profile keeps its own progress, saved phrases and history. The only shared things are the minute pool and the single monthly price.
