The FizzUp app for iPhone and Android is free: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads. There’s no paid plan for individuals. Companies can join a six-week pilot, and anyone who wants a guided start can join the free Founding Members programme.

What every participant gets

Pilot or programme, you get the same three things: conversation, review, flashcards.

Everyone talks to the AI coach they choose — out loud or by typing — and what they said comes back for review.

Minutes

We put a number on the minutes.

Voice conversation costs money, so the team offer comes with a clear number of minutes. We don’t promise endless talk.

  • Pilot: 720 minutes per participant every 30 days
  • After the pilot: 600 minutes per person per month

Questions about pricing

Is the app free?

Yes. FizzUp is free on the App Store and Google Play: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads and no card. The free app includes every tool, Role Play too; voice conversations have a monthly limit of 90 minutes. Download it and start talking today.

How much does the whole pilot cost?

The pilot runs for 6 weeks and is billed pro rata: PLN 180 per participant for the whole pilot (PLN 120 a month), excl. VAT. That’s PLN 2,700 for 15 people, PLN 3,600 for 20 and PLN 5,400 for 30.

What happens after the pilot?

We decide together: carry on, change the scope, or stop. If you carry on, you pay PLN 149 + VAT a month for each active participant, on a rolling monthly basis — no annual contract, 30 days’ notice.

What does the company see?

Invitations and activations, active participants and conversation minutes across the group — as group totals, shown only above a group size we agree up front. It doesn’t see transcripts, recordings or any one person’s mistakes.

Why is there no paid plan for individuals?

Because first we want to know FizzUp works: that people keep coming back to their conversations, and that the conversations are good enough. Until we know that, the app is free, and we’d rather invite you to a free programme than sell you a plan.

How does the Founding Members programme work?

It’s a free, guided 6-week programme — no card needed. It’s an extra on top of the free app, not a condition for using it. We run it in small waves; when yours starts, we’ll email you from hello@fizzup.ai.
