Cookies Policy — FizzUp

1. Scope

This Policy applies to the FizzUp website and web user/admin panels. The mobile app may use technologies functionally similar to cookies, such as device identifiers or SDKs; their use is described in the Privacy Policy and relevant platform disclosures.

2. Categories

Strictly necessary

Used for login, security, session management, privacy choices and checkout. Where technically necessary to provide a requested service, they are not used for additional purposes requiring consent.

Preferences

Remember interface settings or other user choices where not strictly necessary.

Analytics

Help us understand aggregated use of the service. Where consent is required by law, they are enabled only after consent.

Marketing

Used for campaign measurement or advertising. They are not enabled by default before any legally required consent.

3. Providers

The current list of cookies and similar technologies, their providers, lifetimes and purposes is shown in the consent-management interface based on tools actually active in the relevant environment. Inactive tools are not presented as being used.

Stripe, Apple, Google or other providers may use their own technologies to the extent necessary for payment, authentication or platform services.

4. Consent management

The consent panel allows users to:

• reject all non-essential cookies as easily as accepting them;
• select categories;
• change their decision later;
• use core service functions without mandatory marketing tracking.

5. Browser settings

Cookies may also be limited in browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent login or other service functions.
