Acceptable Use Policy — FizzUp

1. Purpose

FizzUp is intended for learning, communication practice and safe use of AI. Users may not use the service unlawfully, in a way that infringes third-party rights, threatens system security or defeats the product's intended purpose.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

Users must not, in particular:

  • infringe copyright, personality rights, trade secrets or other third-party rights;
  • distribute malware, phishing or instructions intended to gain unauthorised access;
  • harass, threaten, exploit or unlawfully profile other people;
  • knowingly submit third-party personal data without an appropriate legal basis;
  • impersonate another person or falsify organisation permissions;
  • use FizzUp for mass spam generation or automated service overload.

3. Prohibited use of AI outputs

FizzUp outputs must not be used as the sole or automatic basis for a significant decision about another person, including employment, termination, remuneration, credit, insurance, educational admission, examination grading, healthcare or access to essential services.

4. Technical security

Attempts to circumvent authentication, seat limits, organisation isolation, rate limits, API protections, payment mechanisms or access controls are prohibited, as are unauthorised penetration tests.

5. Sensitive and confidential data

FizzUp is an educational service. Users should avoid submitting special-category personal data, financial data, passwords, API keys, trade secrets and other confidential information where disclosure is not necessary for language practice.

6. Enforcement

Where a violation occurs, we may restrict a feature, suspend an account, block technical traffic or terminate access. Responses should be proportionate to the risk and, where circumstances allow, the user will receive a reason and an opportunity to explain.

7. Reporting abuse
