Delete your FizzUp account without the app.
No longer have the app, or can’t sign in? Enter your account’s email address. We’ll send it a link — we delete the account only after you click it and confirm.
Ask for a deletion link
We don’t store the address you type into the form. To prevent abuse we keep only hashes (HMAC) of the email address and IP address for 48 hours. Details: Privacy Policy, sections 5 and 12.
How it works.

You enter your email
The one you use with FizzUp. For your security the page doesn’t say whether an account with that address exists.

You click the link in the email
The link goes only to the account’s address and works for 24 hours. Opening it doesn’t delete anything.

You confirm
On the FizzUp page you press “Yes, delete my account”. We delete your profile, conversation history, coach memory and progress. This cannot be undone.
Other ways and good to know
- Have the app? You can also delete the account in the app: Profile › Privacy and data.
- A subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play must be cancelled separately in the store — deleting the account does not cancel it.

- No access to the account’s mailbox? Write to privacy@fizzup.ai — we’ll ask you to confirm the account is yours.
