Accessibility Information — FizzUp
1. Approach
FizzUp aims to make the app, website, purchase flow, login, subscription management and support usable by people with different accessibility needs.
Regardless of the final legal qualification of the company in a particular market, FizzUp adopts current accessibility good practice as a design standard, including relevant WCAG AA requirements where applicable to the relevant product surface.
2. Key principles
Design and development should include, among other things:
- keyboard support and logical focus on the web;
- appropriate labels for assistive technologies;
- readable contrast and text scaling;
- no reliance on colour alone;
- captions or textual alternatives where audio carries material information;
- accessible forms, error messages and payment flows;
- avoiding unnecessary time limits for essential functions;
- VoiceOver/TalkBack testing for key mobile flows.
3. AI and voice
Voice should not be the only way to complete a core task where a functionally equivalent text path can reasonably be provided. Where an exercise is inherently about pronunciation or speaking, its nature and limitations should be explained.
4. Reporting accessibility issues
Accessibility barriers can be reported to support@fizzup.ai. A report should identify the screen/function, device and the barrier encountered. FizzUp treats such reports as part of product quality.
5. Legal requirements
Before consumer checkout is activated in a country, FizzUp reviews applicable local accessibility rules, including EU requirements for e-commerce services. Where law requires an additional formal accessibility statement, one is published for the relevant service and market.
